We’re thrilled to offer worldwide shipping to 170 countries and territories with Royal Mail! 

At Paperay, we’re excited to expand our reach and deliver beautiful stationery and art to even more countries!

Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policy:

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

 

Shipping charges are calculated based on the current rates of the courier service we use, as well as the order's weight, processing, handling, packaging, and delivery to your location.

  • FREE tracked shipping on orders over £25 for customers in the UK only.

  • Postage is based on weight.

  • Depending on your country, you will be offered one of the three options:

    • Tracked Shipping

    • Tracked with Signature

    • Signed

Delivery Times

 

Delivery times vary based on your location and are based on working days in the week. Check the table below for estimated delivery times:

  • England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland: 2 - 7 working days

  • Europe: 7 - 35 working days

  • All other countries: 7 - 35 working days

Order Processing and Cancellation

 

  • Order Confirmation: We allow a 12-hour window after order confirmation for you to make changes or modifications to your order to ensure it’s 100% right for you.

  • Cancellation & Modifications: You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of confirmation. Please email us with your name and the email address associated with your order at paperay.co.uk@gmail.com.

  • Post-12 Hours: After 12 hours, your order will be processed, and changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.

  • Processing Time: After the 12-hour window for cancellations, we will hand-make your order. Once this process is complete, we will pack and ship your order.

 

While we strive to ship on time, delays can occur. If your order isn’t received within 8 weeks, you’re eligible for a full refund 🌟

Tracking Information


We only use tracked delivery for all shipments. You’ll receive a tracking number via email after your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 7 days for shipping activity to be updated in the tracking system.

Customs & Import Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • Import Duties: Depending on your country, some packages may incur import duties.

  • EU VAT Regulations: New EU VAT regulations might lead to higher duties on packages arriving in EU member states.

  • Customs Delays: We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.

Discounts and Postage


If applying discounts during checkout reduces your subtotal below the qualifying threshold (£25 for UK orders), you will no longer be eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Options


Since all our products are handmade with love and made to order, unfortunately, we cannot provide overnight, express, or expedited shipping at this time.

Confirmation Emails

If you think you may have entered your email address incorrectly during checkout, please contact us, and we’d be happy to help!

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email when you make a purchase.

  • Shipping Confirmation: We will send another email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

  • Email Issues: If you don’t see your confirmation emails in your inbox, check all your email accounts and Spam/Junk folders.

Shipping Label Printing


Occasionally, we print shipping labels in advance of packing. This may trigger a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, but please note that the order will not be shipped until the package is processed and received by the postal carrier.
